Cancellation Policy

Booking and Quotes All bookings are requests and must be approved. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your details and any photos submitted. Service time and cost may change if the condition or scope differs from what was submitted. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive an approval message from MREGL Integrity Services. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or same-day cancellations, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the $75 fee and may require a nonrefundable deposit to rebook. Reschedules within 24 hours may also be charged the $75 fee. Arrival and Access Client must provide safe access (keys, code, instructions). If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the visit may be cancelled and the $75 fee applies. Safety and Respect For safety, pets must be secured. No aggressive, threatening, sexual, or disrespectful behavior. No weapons visible. No smoking or substance use in the work area during service. We reserve the right to stop service immediately if we feel unsafe. In that case, fees still apply. No Recording and Privacy No video or audio recording of the cleaner at any time. No photos of the cleaner. No posting the cleaner on social media. This includes indoor cameras aimed at work areas. If recording is discovered, we may stop service immediately and fees still apply. Valuables and Personal Items Please secure money, jewelry, important documents, and sensitive items before service. We are not responsible for lost items due to unsecured belongings or clutter. Damage and Breakage We take care, but accidents can happen. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours with photos. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that are unstable, improperly installed, or delicate. Scope Limits We do not provide biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest removal, or hazardous waste handling. We do not move heavy furniture unless agreed in advance. We may refuse unsafe tasks. Payment Payment is due as agreed. Returned payments or unpaid balances may result in cancelled future bookings. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for policy violations, unsafe conditions, or misrepresentation of the job. Photo Permission By submitting photos, you confirm you have permission to share them for quoting purposes. Photos are used to estimate scope and pricing. Photos will not be post
